Services Provided

We offer professional house cleaning services, including but not limited to: general cleaning, deep cleaning, move in/out cleaning, and optional add-ons (e.g., interior appliance cleaning, windows, etc.) A full list of standard and deep cleaning services is provided on our website.

Scheduling and Access

  • Walk throughs are required before scheduling appointments
  • Appointments are required to be scheduled in advanced
  • Clients are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time (keys, door codes, etc.)
  • If access is not available upon arrival; appointments will be cancelled and a cancellation fee may apply (see section 5).

Pricing & Payments

Per-Room Basis:

Our rates are based on the number and type of rooms in your home. This allows us to tailor pricing to the specific size and needs of each space.

Standard Conditions:

Prices reflect standard cleaning conditions. This includes routine cleaning tasks in reasonably maintained areas.

Additional Charges:

Extra fees may apply for rooms that require significantly more time or effort. This includes:

  • Excessive dirt or buildup
  • Clutter or disorganization
  • Heavy pet hair or odors
  • Post-construction or renovation mess

Deep Cleaning Services:

Deep cleans (e.g., scrubbing baseboards, interior appliances, detailed bathroom cleaning) are not included in standard rates and will incur an extra charge.

Final Quote Confirmation:

Final pricing will be confirmed after an in-person walkthrough or photo-based assessment to ensure accurate and fair billing.

Supplies & Equipment

We provide our own cleaning supplies and equipment unless otherwise requested.

If the client prefers specific products, they must be provided by the client and communicated in advance.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24–48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a fee of 50% of the service cost.

No-shows will be billed in full.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will return to re-clean the area at no additional charge.

Refunds are not offered, but re-cleanings are available under the guarantee.

Limitations of Liability

We are insured and take care to protect your home. However, we are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage or fragile items not disclosed in advance.
  • Damage due to improper installation of items (e.g., loose shelves, fixtures).
  • Pet-related incidents unless otherwise agreed.

Health & Safety

Please secure pets and disclose any potential hazards (e.g., loose floorboards, sharp objects).

Our cleaners will not clean bodily fluids, mold, pests, or hazardous materials unless agreed beforehand.

Termination of Service

Either party may terminate ongoing services with written notice (minimum 48 hours).

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if working conditions are unsafe or unreasonable.

Privacy & Confidentiality

All client information is kept strictly confidential.

We do not share or sell your personal information.
